Capacity Building
With a combined experience of over (75) years of experience working in governance and administrative positions our diverse team is ready, willing, and able, to work with Band Administration and Leadership to aid in helping Nations in Capacity Building. Our team consists of, Former Councillors and Chief Councillors, Band Managers, Project Leaders, Executive Leadership from various organizations, and all have held various positions on Boards of Directors across multiple organizations.
Our team is ready to assist communities with a variety of administrative and Governance related issues, such as: Administrative Reviews, Program Reviews, Administrative and Governance support, and planning. We are dedicated to providing practical solutions in a safe and culturally sensitive way.
Grant Writing
We understand that Grant writing is a critical element towards funding for our Nations and Indigenous Organizations. A well written grant could mean the difference between a program or service being able to operate or even be created. That is why our team of experienced grant writers is ready, willing and able to work with you to develop a proposal and respond to RFP in health, education and social services with a turnaround of 72 hours. With a combined total of ($) in successful proposals written by our team we are confident that we are able to help Nations and Indigenous organizations acquire the funding they need.
Third Party Management
When Third Party Management has been placed on a community or organization trust and cultural knowledge are key to ensuring the best possible results. Our team, with their many years of combined experience working with communities, is dedicated to ensuring that the work is done based on our Cultural teachings, respect, and with the needs of the community/organization at the forefront of the process.
